After placing an order with multiple backorder items, they were kind enough to ship all the available items due to an unknown wait time on the one remaining item.
Unfortunately that remaining item got caught in customs and the staff were kind enough to take my calls and keep me up to date with the state of affairs. In the end I had to order a different item that was in stock due to external time pressure and they issued a refund for the backorder item with no issues at all. They were even able to make sure that my new order went out same day and I had it less than 24 hours later.
